Lotus Biscoff cookies originated in Belgium in the 1930s, known for their deep caramel flavour and subtle spice. Originally served with coffee, they’ve since become a global sensation — and now, they’ve found their way into one of our most luxurious donuts.
The name “Biscoff” is a blend of “biscuit” and “coffee” — a nod to its original pairing. But we think it goes even better with donuts.
We fill our donut with a velvety Biscoff cream made from crushed Lotus biscuits and caramelized sugar. The glaze adds a smooth, buttery finish, and the biscuit on top gives it crunch and character. It’s a layered experience — soft, creamy, spiced, and sweet.
